Shipping Times
We try to provide the fastest and most affordable shipping options to or customers. If your order is placed before 3pm CST it will ship out the same day. The estimated shipping time from our warehouse to a continental US address is 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location and the type of shipping that you select. Saturday and Sunday are not business days.
We provide 4 types of shipping to our customers depending on the items that you purchasing. We have some items that can only be shipped by "Standard or Priority Shipping" because they are flammable or contain a small amount of compressed air. When you go to check out depending on the items that are in your cart the system will show you what types of shipping are available for your order.
Please note that we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii or international locations due to federal and/or state regulations.
Types of Shipping We Offer
Standard Shipping is the standard shipping service that we offer. You can expect delivery within 4 -5 days to most parts of the country. Delivery days will be Monday-Friday, we do not offer Saturday delivery.
Free Shipping is offered as a promotion on some of our items, it is also available on all orders over $50. The Free Shipping service will be by Standard shipping for your whole order.
Priority Shipping Your estimated delivery is between 1-3 business days depending on where you are located. Not available for all locations. Delivery days will be Monday-Friday, we do not offer Saturday delivery.
UPS Next Day Air is guaranteed to deliver the next day anywhere in the US Monday thru Friday. This option is not available for sparklers or smoke bomb items.
UPS 2nd Day Air is guaranteed to deliver in 2-days anywhere in the US Monday thru Friday. This option is not available for sparklers or smoke bomb items.
Cutting it Close?
Orders placed before 3pm Central Time will ship the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will ship out the next business day. Please give us a call or email [email protected] if you are cutting it close and we will pay special attention to your order.
Texas Shipping Information:
We are located in Houston, Texas and from our experience, orders shipped to most Texas cities arrive the next day. Smaller towns and rural areas can take up to two business days. Texas orders are subject to 8.25% sales tax.
Items Delivered Late, Lost or Damaged
Late Delivery If your package experiences a delay in delivery after being shipped, please note that unforeseen delays can occur during transit, and we no longer have control over the package. In this case, we advise you to contact the courier for assistance and other options. We do not compensate cost or offer free returns if the items do not arrive on time due to unexpected delays.
Lost or Damaged If your package is lost, marked as delivered but not received, or the items inside are damaged, you can file a claim by emailing us at [email protected] if you purchased Package Protection with your order. If you did not purchase Package Protection, feel free to contact us for any information you may need to file a claim with the shipping provider. Please note that we will not cover the cost or send a replacement order if Package Protection was not purchased.
