Order Cancelation:
Orders can be canceled up
until the time an order is shipped. Once the status shows it has been shipped a
customer will need to file for a return and send the order back to us.
Defective Items:
To report defective items,
send a photo of the flawed product with your order number to
[email protected]. Please include a brief description of the issue.
Missing or Incorrect Items/Accessories:
If any items or accessories
are missing or incorrect, send us a photo of the received packaging/box along
with your order number to [email protected]. Kindly describe the
missing items.
Ordered Wrong Item / Exchange:
We do not do
exchanges because most customers are in a time crunch and do not have the time
for us to process an exchange. What we suggest is to contact us at
sales@weddingsparkelrsoutlet or call use at 281-205-8999 and start a return.
Then order a new item for the replacement item online or over the phone that
way there is not a delay while you wait on your item to return to use before we
send out the replacement.
Local Area / Venue Policies:
Customers need to check if their venue or location will allow sparklers, confetti cannons, or any other item that we sell before ordering. We are not responsible if a venue or location does not allow the items that you purchased. We also suggest that you check for any local restrictions or burn bans before you order.
Courier Delays:
We are not responsible for
courier-related delays. Contact the courier for shipping issues. Shipping
costs, including priority fees, will not be refunded for a return if there is a
delay or the item arrives after the estimated shipping time.
Return/Exchange:
- To receive a return authorization number and shipping label, e-mail us at [email protected] and include your order number in the details, or call us at 281-205-8999.
- We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
- All returnable items need to be in their original packaging and unopened. Any items not returned in their original packages will not be refunded.
- Custom-printed sparkler tags are non-returnable.
- You will be refunded the full purchase amount minus the outgoing shipping cost and the $12.95 return shipping cost per label. They will be deducted from the order total, and you will be refunded the difference. ( If free shipping was included in the original purchase, a standard shipping cost of $12.95 per box will be deducted from the refund total for the outgoing shipping cost.)
- Orders with a total cost of over $150 will be charged a 5% restocking fee.
- Returns will be processed every Friday, and you should receive your refund within 5-7 days from when it is processed.
