When you opt for our standard UPS Ground Shipping, which is free on orders over $50 and some special items, you must be ready to wait for your order.
Why Ground Shipping?
According to the Department of Transportation, we cannot send any of the sparklers for sale on our website via the U.S. Post Office for safety reasons. While the postal service may not be able to handle your order, UPS is quite happy to bring them to you. Keep in mind, that if you live in Hawaii, Alaska, or overseas, we cannot ship to you as state and federal regulations do not allow it.
We Offer Shipping Options
Our standard shipping is via UPS Ground. If your order is shipped this way, it can take up to 5 days depending on where you live. In most areas of the country, you should be able to receive your order of sparklers online in four days or less. We do offer free shipping on some of the sparklers for sale on our website and on all orders over $50.00. Our free shipping is via UPS ground and will take the same amount of time.
We can ship some lightweight orders via UPS SurePost, in which UPS is the carrier until your order reaches your local post office, after which it is delivered by your mail carrier. It can take 3-6 days or more for your order to arrive. When you choose this method of shipping, we cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. If you aren't in a hurry, you might consider this option as it is slightly less expensive for small orders.
Shipping Is Based On Central Time
We are located in Texas, all orders placed before 2 p.m. Central Time will be shipped on the same day. If you place your order over the weekend, holidays or after 2 p.m., your order will ship the next business day. It doesn't matter which shipping option you choose; your order will be handled the exact same way. The biggest advantage of using UPS Ground is time, which, if you planned and placed your order early enough shouldn't be an issue.
However, if you waited until the last minute, your best option is to use UPS Ground as it offers the shortest delivery times. The one thing we can do for you is expedite our picking, packing, and shipping process. Of course, once your order is in the hands of the shipper, you have to rely on them to get it to you one time. Bear in mind that no sparklers of any kind can be shipped via UPS Air due to FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) rules.
